CranioSacral Therapy
“I feel like my brain just got a massage!” — a client, after a session
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the rhythms of the body to relieve tension and improve overall well-being. Using light touch—about the weight of a nickel—I tune in to your craniosacral system, which surrounds and protects your brain and spinal cord.
This gentle technique can support a wide range of challenges, including:
Migraines and chronic pain
Anxiety, depression, and PTSD
TMJ, digestive issues, and more
What to Expect
You’ll remain fully clothed and can lie on a massage table or sit in a chair—whichever is most comfortable. Most sessions last an hour. Many clients find it deeply calming and restorative. Sessions are offered at $85 for 60 minutes or $110 for 90 minutes.

In more technical terms, CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system—comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams (about the weight of a nickel), practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system. This has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system and many other systems in the body, including digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and circulatory systems.
By facilitating the body’s natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease. It has also been shown to be beneficial for people experiencing a wide range of challenges and symptoms, including migraines, chronic pain, emotional difficulties, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, and TMJ.

Healing Touch
“You look like yourself again,” a friend said after my very first session. That moment changed everything.
Healing Touch is an energy-based approach that helps balance and calm the nervous system. It’s heart-centered and rooted in a caring relationship between practitioner and client. Many people experience:
Relief from pain or anxiety
A deeper sense of peace
Less need for pain medication
What to Expect
Just like CST, you’ll remain fully clothed and can lie down or sit—whatever feels best for your body. Sessions usually last an hour. This work is subtle but powerful. Sessions are offered at $85 for 60 minutes or $110 for 90 minutes.

I first experienced Healing Touch two weeks after my 2009 hospitalization. A family member who had used it during cancer treatment suggested I give it a try. I was willing to try anything that might help—without making things worse—so I said yes.
After that first session, a close friend saw me at school pickup. She’d seen me almost every day since the hospital. Without knowing what I’d just experienced, she looked at me and said, “You look like yourself again.”
That simple moment convinced me of its effectiveness. I kept receiving Healing Touch regularly throughout my recovery. Eventually, I began taking classes so I could offer it to others.
“Healing Touch is an energy-based approach to health and wellness that supports healing of the body, mind and spirit. It is a biofield therapy that has been shown to effectively relieve pain and anxiety. Patients often report an increased sense of peace and balance.
Applying Healing Touch elicits a parasympathetic response that induces relaxation and supports the body’s natural self-healing ability. Healing Touch is based on a heart-centered, caring relationship in which the practitioner and patient come together in partnership energetically to facilitate the patient’s health and healing.” (Healing Touch Program)

Trauma-Informed Yoga
This practice is designed to help your nervous system become more flexible and resilient. Trauma can hijack our stress response. Yoga can help bring it back into balance.
I offer trauma-informed, polyvagal-informed yoga in private or small-group settings, sometimes in collaboration with local studios. If you’d like to explore what this looks like for you, just reach out.
What to Expect
Each session is shaped around safety, comfort, and choice. You don’t need to be “good at yoga”—this isn’t about performance or flexibility. It’s about reconnecting with your body at your own pace, with compassion.

The intention of this yoga practice is to build greater stability and flexibility for the nervous system. Each one of us experiences stress—it’s a natural and normal part of life. In fact, stress can even be good for us if we have the resources to handle it.
But traumatic stress overwhelms the system. It can disrupt our ability to function and make it difficult to feel safe in our own bodies. Trauma-informed and polyvagal-informed yoga offers gentle tools to help rebalance the nervous system, one breath at a time.
This work supports healing—not by fixing or forcing—but by allowing. By creating space. By gently strengthening our capacity to experience the highs and lows of life with more presence and less fear.

Essential Oils
I incorporate therapeutic-grade essential oils into many of my sessions to support emotional balance and relaxation. These natural plant extracts can deepen the calming effects of the work and offer gentle support for body and mind.
I would be happy to provide education on their use if you’d like to learn more.
