How to Register
Registration is handled through Fit Philosophie. The Sign-Up links below will take you to their booking site.
Once there, click the blue Book button. From the menu, choose the option that works best for you. If you’d like to try one class, select Drop-In Single Class Pass. For ongoing attendance, choose a Class Pack. Continue to checkout.
Online only: your livestream link will appear in My Bookings and/or be emailed about 20 minutes before class.

Join Christine for a 6-week journey designed to help you reset and reconnect with yourself. Each week focuses on a new theme—Choice, Awaken, Equanimity, Empowerment, Integration, and Love—through gentle, trauma-informed yoga practices. All levels are welcome.
